Keep it Move-IN!

So, one of the things I’m focusing on this go round is exercising, and there is a few ways I plan on adding a little more activity to my life! 1) Go the distance. Since I have a very hard time motivating myself to exercise, I am trying to sneak it in to little things through ought my day. I've started wearing a pedometer, and everyday he goal is to get in 10,000 steps, which is approximately 5 miles. How am I doing this? Little changes, like parking farther away, going the longest route to class, walking around the student center, pacing, ANYTHING! 2) Tread On! I try and go the gym at least twice a week. And when I go, I try to walk for at least 30min. To keep my eye's off the timer (which always goes sooooo slow!) I have started putting TV shows on my phone so I can focus on them instead of the time. 3) Dance Dance... I have made a new wonderful discovery, Fit TV on demand! Free aerobics workouts for whenever! Starting OVER!

So... This is my 3rd go-round on the Weight Watchers train, and I've decided that this time I will be successful! My weight is the highest its ever been, and it is the time of my life where Im making decisions that will effect the rest of my life. For that reason I have decided to make sure I do it right. In order to do it right, I am doing a few things differently. First, I have some other people who I am accountable to (Hey Molly and Courtney!). They help keep me in line. One of my close friends here at school has also joined, so that should make it easier. Second, Goals! I am currently working on some goals that will help give me something to look forward to as I make my way to lifetime! Last, accountability to me! Thus this lovely blog. This is a picture of me at my heaviest 326. I never thought I looked that big, but I am... and I still do! So that is a big motivator for me! Im not sure what my goal weight will be, butI know it wont be over 300!!! Thats all for today,
