BIG YUM-O


so I today is my day to cook for my roommate and I, and I decided to try something different. I made a no-noodle, vegetarian lasagna and it is sooooooooooooo good! Got the idea from my fave cook Miss Rachel Ray, with a few twists, but overall great.
Seriously... I can barely believe it was me who made it.

Awesomeness! That's a good idea but I'd probably go for half the noodles and use whole wheat before doing veggies, but I am a super picky eater. That should last a few days, a few meals.

Starting over... again

Hey ya'll. It's a photo shoot!

Just started a new schedule woth Monday's off. SO I decided to have my bestie do a mini photo shoot for me! I looked HUGE in most of the pics, just more motivation for me to get my exercise on, but some turned out pretty good. Here's some of the useable one's...

I know. Not even gonna address it because it happens soooo often! Thank being said I'm gonna work on the challenge Miss Haneefa i s starting tomorrow. The goal is 15 pounds in 15 week so I can get my sexy on for new years. Def stole the idea from my homegirl Young Black and Banded , but I'm sure she won't mind :) Tomorrow I'll weigh in and do a post on the meal planning thing.
